Vylor is the new brand name for Corteva's advanced seed and genetics business, previously referred to as SpinCo. The company will be an independent entity following the separation from Corteva. Vylor will launch with the largest seed production network in the world and will hold globally recognized agricultural brands including Pioneer, Brevant, and Hogemeyer. The company holds market leadership positions in key crops across most regions where it operates.
Separation Timing
Corteva's planned separation of Vylor remains on track for the fourth quarter of 2026. This separation will create two distinct companies: Vylor as the advanced seed and genetics company, and New Corteva as the crop protection business.

Vylor will operate with a robust intellectual property portfolio including more than 4,000 germplasm patents and more than 2,000 biotechnology patents. The company's innovation pipeline includes proprietary hybrid wheat, leadership in gene editing technology, multi-disease resistance corn varieties, and next-generation biofuels. Chuck Magro has been named as Vylor's future CEO.
