What is the IPL?
The Indian Premier League is a professional Twenty20 cricket tournament featuring ten franchises representing different Indian cities. How the IPL Draft Works
The IPL uses an auction system rather than a traditional draft. Before each season, the BCCI releases a list of players available for bidding.
